Free E-book: Spirit Keeper's Tarot Med. White Book
I am on the mailing list for The Spirit Keeper's Tarot and recently I received a message that the next edition of the deck can now be pre-ordered until March 20th.
Today I got a message with a link to pre-download the "Medium White Book" (at around 200 pages, "medium" feels like an understatement.) The "real" book will be available soon but for now this free PDF version is available for download. I just did it, easy peasy.
Benebell encourages sharing the link so here goes:
Spirit Keeper's Tarot Free e-book (this is the link to the corrected version of the MWB)
This is extremely generous from her. I'm sure it brings a lot of people to her deck as well. I am looking forward to digging into this one.
It may not be available like this forever, so not a bad idea to do a couple of clickity-clicks and have it for yourself.

Re: Free E-book: Spirit Keeper's Tarot Med. White Book
I am so excited about this deck and so excited and grateful I was able to find out about it in such a coincidental way. The timing of everything was just right and the Vitruvian edition’s coloring is everything that clicks for me. Maybe it’s because I’m a Cancer so the sepia tones hit me there, and the structure and angel references hits my Aquarius moon and the optimism and ambition hit my Sag rising. I don’t know!
I looked through the MWB and I had a long emotional moment looking at my stalker card the 10 of Swords and reading the description. Another synchronicity, the goddess I primarily relate to is Persephone, also known as the Destroyer, the name given to that card in this deck. Looking through it I just felt such an onrush of optimism about my fate and feeling my soul??? and it’s colors and potential and who I really am inside and who I’m meant to be and what I’m meant to contribute to the world and how I share myself and knowledge, and the discipline and hope that will get me there.
This is just from that MWB guidebook too, so I can’t even imagine how wonderful really working with and studying the deck and book will be. Plus, it’s coming in July, my birth month, and the beginning of, and return to my birth card, my Hermit year. It’s so dang synchronous for me!
I’m sure I’m not the only one who is feeling this way, or feeling powerful things about this deck. I’m so excited. I hadn’t looked twice at first because of timing and because it’s black and white, but it kept popping up. So I learned more on it and finally decided the knowledge contained would be worth working around the black and white, maybe by physically coloring the actual deck. Then I found out it would be recolored and saw the images and was pleased to find that it was easier on my eyes, more natural (it reminds me of my childhood love for climbing trees and their strength, and my aesthetic fondness for the grainy feeling of wood) and easier for me to appreciate the symbolism, and just so so beautiful.
I feel blessed and thrilled and in awe of the divine and god?? because of the synchronicity and apparent luck and chance in how I happened upon all this, at this time. I’m pretty damn oblivious, so for me to have not missed this feels pretty divinely ordained, lmao.
I am also just really glad because she is keeping preorders open until March 20, and I am broke until the second week of February. The window is so long, and if it weren’t for that, I’d be in pickle. So I feel grateful that I didn’t have to make a dumb financial decision to get this deck (dipping into my food $ for the month basically). Probably better mojo there too.
Ahhh I can’t believe I’m this excited. I already thought I was excited, but that it’d be dense difficult reading to be scheduled for July, or maybe a little later, when I have the mental resources to devote. Now, I’m looking forward to studying it for the year even, because reading excerpts of the MWB was so exciting and fun and engaging. The whole “learning is fun” thing that happens when you’re passionate about the subject and the teacher is brilliant and, you know, a good teacher.
Heck, I’m feeling pumped to get back on my meditation game. My whole day just improved. Alright I’ll stop gushing.

On my phone mainly so pardon the typos! Also if I seem more lucid than average, I'm probably typing on a PC. Hah!

Quick update: Benebell sent a follow-up message stating there was an error in the original MWB and she included a new link to the corrected version. I changed it in my original message above, and here it is again:
Spirit Keeper's Tarot Free e-book (this is the link to the corrected version of the MWB)
And since I'm at it, here is the link to Benebell's Spirit Keeper's Tarot Email Archive where you can see all the messages she has sent so far.

The link to download this is working. (I had previously posted there was a problem with it.)
I encourage everybody to have a look at this. It really is a generous offering.

The same Medium White Book, but keyed to the forthcoming Vitruvian Edition, will be made available and free for download from my website soon. The DropBox links e-mailed to the newsletter don't work now due to tech and upload issues. Thank you all for your patience. The DropBox link might not open from your phone. If you get an error message, try opening from a desktop. Click the "..." to find the download function.

Thank you so much for sharing this link. I am looking around for a new deck that i feel connected with for quite sometime. I had been not taking in any new deck since 2015. Time for me to get a new one into my practise.
I hit by the love at first sight with this deck i am purchasing it. Can't wait to see it reaching my doorsteps !

Same here This deck jumped to the top of my WANT WANT WANTS IT list after I read the material on her website again. This is really a deeply spiritual deck.
I'll save my money and put all other wishes on a back burner for now. This is going to be a special project, and I'm sure that this deck will become a legend. She's printing such a small run and won't re-print - if we don't catch it now, we may never have a second chance.

Re: Free E-book: Spirit Keeper's Tarot Med. White Book
I have a question regarding the Medium White Book versus the Book of Maps. I know Benebell herself has mentioned the difference numerous times, but from our vantage point, do you feel one book serves the function of studying the deck better than the other. If I want to get to know the deck, study it and its world, is the Medium White Book better suited for this or the Book of Maps? What are your thoughts as participants in the Spirit Keeper's World? Thank you!

Re: Free E-book: Spirit Keeper's Tarot Med. White Book
I ordered the premium package including the Book of Maps because I really want to study the deck in-depth. But I started reading the MWB now and it's very very thorough, too. She can't do anything halfways and even the LWB is much better than the usual fare.
I'd say - go for the complete package. The difference in price is not that big, and you can really dive in. I loved Holistic Tarot and her many videos - I'm sure I'll enjoy the Big Fat Book. (I read them all on my Kindle, find heavy books difficult to handle nowadays).

I had previously ordered a printed copy of the Book of Maps so I currently have a harcopy, I also ordered the premium package. After giving it some thought, I considered that perhaps I should go with the Medium White Book first. I'm still a little uncertain but my thinking is that the BOM will give me the full overview, the full esoteric, mystical, overview of her approach with the deck, which is what I'd primarily like to dig into. But the size is daunting. Then she mentioned the Medium White Book could be used for bibliomancy and that it had quite a bit of meat, that's why I doubted my initial decision to start with the BOM first.Nemia wrote: ↑19 Jun 2019, 15:20 I ordered the premium package including the Book of Maps because I really want to study the deck in-depth. Re: Free E-book: Spirit Keeper's Tarot Med. White Book
I feel like familiarizing yourself with the MWB is a good place to start so you can begin using it and getting a feel for the structure. I had been using it with "random number generator" on Google (pages 18 - 141 are the cards I think) so I could give myself readings with the SKT while I waited and it really helped me get to know the gist of the cards and the basic court card system.
It's perfectly usable and straightforward at that level alone. I'd say it operates like a profound but standard tarot deck at that level, with the unusual bonus of a highly effective deity or spirit communication system and something that feels like a highly tuned and insistent compass that always points to your Highest Good, that also occasionally challenges you as a person — at least when doing readings in digital MWB form alone haha.
I also think reading the introduction of the BOM would be good too. Did you get the 22-Week planner? I just checked it and even if you don't use the planner, there is a sort of syllabus in it, and you could just follow the reading order there if you wanted to.
To me the MWB reminds me of the "easy set up" guides you get when installing something vs the actual user manual and troubleshooting guide. Like "Step 1, 2, 3, and you're set up!" vs like the PC Repair folks or folks who service the object in question. I don't think it's always necessary to read the entire manual before using, say, a toaster or computer, but some folks operate that way and get a kick out of reading manuals (*cough*).
I think other learners might need a more liberal education. Maybe they're fine with going in order but the dopamine supply dries up if they don't get to apply it kinesthetically or practically. It's better if you're engaged and all that. Actually, the planner would be good for that too now that I think about it.

Ok, yes this helped clarify the differences between the guidebooks for me. Thank you! I think what's keeping me stuck, if I'm honest, is that I have a huge pile of books I'm reading and this puts me off adding anymore big books. Will have to wait to tie those ends and then pick up the BOM.
I didn't print the 22 week planner, I want to but decided to go step by step. And really, my focus is not in it (sharp) at the moment. My SKT study will have to wait. The deck itself is sitting with a selenite on my dresser, relaxing. Hahaha. I take it out to play with and look at it but no intense readings yet. Easing my way in.

Re: Free E-book: Spirit Keeper's Tarot Med. White Book
I'm glad that helped! I totally get it, I have the same issue. I'm planning on getting back into clarifying what's going on in my life right now and goals and rituals with all the life transitions. Just constantly revisiting the drawing board xD;;; There are so many things to do and learn and explore, and all the mundane stuff on top of it, and, for many of us, healing to do as well. It's tough.
I'm not gonna beat myself up if I don't stick with the formula, and will just have faith it'll work out if I fall off or don't do it right. It'll be counterproductive to everything I'm working on otherwise, as reluctant as I am to not just straight up shoot for the moon (and burn out and crash). At the same time, I'm gonna make a real effort to do....BABY STEPS. That's the message I'm getting. It frustrates my literally ADHD brain and it's also one of the hardest lessons I've found myself having to learn, but I'm finally coming around to accepting it, slowly but surely. I think this planner situation will be good too. Some of it coincides with this recovery from child abuse trauma program in a book I'm reading and work with the therapist I'm seeing.
The only thing is yeah, I have Holistic Tarot too now. So I'm trying to figure out which to prioritize. I think when it arrives I'll know somehow, and also it's totally talismanic just on it's own, so I think it'll be helping me out energetically anyway, whether I go back to the RWS and do Holistic Tarot's program first or not. Good stuff.
The cute thing is my partner and I will both have copies of this deck, and we'll have our separate Book of Maps (to color the pages and key it to our decks and stuff) but we're sharing a MWB. Haha that's so cute to me somehow.
