Death shows up in many of my personal readings. I am not freaked out or anything, but i would like to ask you intuïtion experts about alternative meanings.
The thing is, in the past I broke up not with one, but two Scorpions, the second breakup particularly painful. (Beside these two individuals two of my closest family members are Scorpion suns.)
I feel that Death in my readings should be interpreted as transformation, but often the Scorpio aspect hinders me from looking deeper into the message of a reading, i get kinda stuck on the hope that one particular scorpio might come back into contact with me - which i would wish more than anything.
So today again Death xhowed up... a general three card spread, asking for the 'message of the day', clarified with three more, both decks Rider Waite:
Queen of swords, clarified by five of pentacles
Death, clarified by Knight of pentacles
ten of cups, clarified by Page of cups
As I interpreted: decide to no longer think about the past, feeling left out etc. That will transform, slowly but surely, my ife towards emotional fullfilment and opens the way to accept an offer of love from someone youthful (e.g. from my children?)
But again, i desperately try to ignore the message of a Scorpio that needs to make a decision and that it is a slow process, but once he decides he will make an offer of love (he is younger than me, at least in years) and we'll have our "happy ever after"...
I hope anyone has an alternative for this Death card, that helps me get past this Scorpio blockage. It would really help me in future readings.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Interpreting Death card
I'm not a fan of "clarifier" cards. I think they do little to clarify anything. In fact, they have a tendency to add confusion, ironically. And they seem to be a new addition in tarot circles. I have only heard of them over the last few years after having done tarot over the years.
Have you tried interpreting the cards first without the clarifiers? Try doing the reading without the clarifiers first. Then, if you still have problems interpreting, only then add the clarifiers.
You mentioned these are "message of the day" readings. This would mean you are actually doing six card readings for a general reading for one day messages. In my opinion, these seem to be a whole lot of cards for a simple reading.
