Identifying a deck, please?

My son teases me pretty mercilessly about my Tarot collection and reading. He met a young woman who was kind enough to give him a reading and now he is showing interest—I think sometimes parents seem uncool somehow.

He’s a great young man—he’s a “4.” And he’s changing careers and going through some changes.

But I’m wondering if anyone knows what deck this is? It reminds me a little of the “Mystic Meg.” But different. My son probably won’t go back and ask her. Thank you either way!

It's a Liz Dean tarot, often sold as a cheapish set in discount bookstores. The Art of Tarot is one version I think.
