The Tower and Ace of Wand?

Hi guys. I'm getting really confused with this combination. My question is his action towards me, and I got The High Priestess, The Tower, Ace of Wands and Ace of Cups. What does it mean? Our relationship is in stagnant condition and the Tower here means he's gonna break the walls and barrier inside him and come towards me? Or any different meanings? Thanks for the interpretation.

Could you clarify the question? "his action towards me" is not really a question.
Also, what positions did you assign for those cards?
Most often the reason for "confusing" readings is an unclear question and no meaning assigned to the card positions.
You'll help yourself a lot by getting that sorted. It will also help anyone trying to assist you.
