Cards that just don't like you

Anyone else have some cards/suits/ranks that just don't want to tell you about themselves?

Aces don't like me. I pull an ace and I just stare at it blankly while it tells me nothing whatsoever. Doesn't matter what deck, either, so it's not a specific card.

Pentacles also do not seem to want to talk to me most of the time. x3

Oddly, some of the majors - the Star, Hierophant, even the World. Like I know what they mean on an intellectual level, but they tend not to speak to me. Wands can often feel a bit like a tangent that I don't quite get, too.

I love those cards the most, to be honest. I find that the cards I don't relate to give me the best opportunity to dig into aspects of myself that I may have trouble looking at.

(ps - stare intently at the Ace of Pents while listening to Nina Simone sing "Feeling Good" and tell me it's not a transcendent experience)

It's been my understanding of the Tarot that she never speaks of herself, but only about ourselves.

But maybe that's what you meant and I'm just splitting hairs.
