Would anyone be interested in talking about the Thoth?

I know that it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I find it endlessly fascinating and have used it for many years.

Yes, so have I. Absolutely. I love the Thoth and always will. My children call it "Mama's tarot" because for so many years, it went with me everywhere.

(When I wrote somewhere else here on the boards about planets and decans in the tarot, I used the Thoth as example. It's so well integrated and blended in the tarot, the whole esoteric content).

I think a Thoth study group is a great idea.

I will open a forum in the "Reading the Cards: Study and Discussion" category.

Once it gets going we can look at expanding it.

Why do you only use it for yourself?

Because my Thoth vastly prefers to read for me. At most it will allow readings for my family, but for others it will clam up. For them I use the Centennial and my other decks.
