"You can post a link certainly, but if you want to quote a specific piece of text (which will probably be more helpful to readers) just copy and paste the text into your post, select that text and click the little quotes icon above, it's the little purple symbol with the quotes symbol in it. That will add these:
to the front and back of the selected text and it will appear in a box when you submit the post.
It will look like this.
The only difference doing it this way is it won't say who the quote was from so you may want to indicate that yourself."
