New Website -- Same Old Address!

Post by DuckSoupProductions »

I've been so busy for the past month that I haven't had any opportunity to even glance at the forums, much less post here. But now it's starting to calm down a bit to its usual state of disorder, and at last it can be posted:

“Come on, boys, we’re changing lodgings!”

Fagin did it in “Oliver Twist” and now I’m doing it, too: Tarot by Duck Soup, home to the Zirkus Magi and more than 30 other daringly original, award-winning Tarot, Lenormand and Oracle packs, has just moved into a clean, modern new website on a new platform.

Same great taste, all new can: http://www.tarotbyducksoup.com

The new website looks brilliant!

That must have been a ton of work with all those decks of yours. Everything is so beautifully displayed.
Congratulations!

Thank you!

The platform makes it relatively easy. Still a lot of work, but there's an existing framework underneath everything, so you're not making it all up from scratch. The hardest part is the same as when you're learning any new platform or software: you have to figure out how the person who made it actually thinks, and learn to, if not think like them than at least understand how their thinking shapes what you have to do.

A part of me will miss my old, sprawling spider-web of a site, but it had gotten too dense for a lot of visitors to cope with. Opening shop on Blogger with ECWID as an e-commerce plug-in was a great way for me to start, but I simply outgrew it.

Anyway.. thanks for taking a look around. You've been pretty busy yourself!!!

I've seen the Trick or Treat Lenormand in person, and think it's quite good.
