Just got this in the mail yesterday.
I've seen these cards several times in the Library of Decks and I finally just ordered them. They came from France, which is right next door so lucky they arrived fairly quickly..
These cards are beautiful and I will describe them more fully soon but today I have a family thing and I'm running far behind.
For now I will just post the card I drew and write more later:

Re: JM DoW: Oracle Des Runes
One thing that is making this deck tricky is the guidebook is in French and I do not know French.
But I live in the 21st century so I just use my phone to scan/translate the pages. It actually works pretty well. Translates a whole page in a couple seconds.
So here is today's draw_
Okay, I just read some translations and I have to admit I am a bit in the dark.
But the cards are beautiful. I need to spend some time learning about Runes.
Today is a holiday here in Germany so I am meeting friends later. No time for rune studies today.
Happy Monday everyone.

Re: JM DoW: Oracle Des Runes
I'm over my head with this deck.
I bought it because it's pretty. I liked the art.
I am interested to learn about runes but I can't pretend that reading rune meanings is getting me anywhere using this deck. It needs, and deserves, more than that.
So rather than play "rune-dilettante" i will just admire these nice cards this week and share them with you and feel myself pulled into their dark and mysterious world.

I'm a rune dilettante, too! For me, that means collecting rune cards and not doing anything with them. And books.
The illustrations of all these cards make sense to me except Jera. What's going on there?! I'll have to think about that for a while.
Thanks for sharing the cards!
