I recently discovered Oriens Tarot by AmbiSun out of Melbourne Australia. For me, the art on this animal themed deck is truly amazing! The second edition is currently available for pre-order. The shipping cost ~$25 was a bit much so I worked with the artist to create a pre-order site for the USA. This should provide some significant savings on shipping while arriving more quickly.
