Hello everyone.
I'm Carola Joyce, artist and scientist. Happy to be here!

I am doing my first Kickstarter campaign this month, and one of my viewers (of my tarot deck, The Empath Tarot) kindly posted my deck on this site, and that's how I discovered this forum! I'm happy to join, hoping to deck swap, share readings, and basically join in the wonderful world of tarot.

I'm a Texan living with husband in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I've designed/produced 2 tarot decks, working on the third. One is my art, another from a deceased artist who left me with his last wishes to make and share his art tarot. I have 2 more to be done in the near future.

That said, I have a few favorite decks so far. The voyager tarot, and a native american deck.

My 2 daughters also have their own favorites and want to get more involved in tarot as well, making their own decks and using the theory in conlang development. (conlang is 'constructed language' like computer language and also made-up languages as you see in movies and games.)

I have a sphynx cat who is as telepathic as I am, and we read each other's mind a lot.

Hello! Your tarot goals sound wonderful and I look forward to seeing them come into fruition. I believe I've heard of The Empath tarot deck, I have yet to see images. Will rectify that now. Welcome to the community, it really is a gem and a great place to meet wonderful people, with the plus of it being a space for talking all things tarot.
