Strange Browser message

Hi- I've had a couple reports of people getting a strange message saying their browser won't give them access to the site. The problem seems to be temporary and sort of fixes itself after a few minutes.
I'm looking into it today to see if I can get any more information. In the meanwhile, if you see that message, either try another browser, or reboot the browser you are using.
