Re: Autumn Equinox Readings

Quick question: it goes from Sept 22 on day 5, to Sept 24 on day 6...?

And then Sept 28 on day 10, Sept 21 (?) on day 11, and Sept 29 on day 12 ;)

Re: Pagan Cats?

Hi! From you using Euros, I'm assuming you live in Europe? If that is the case, let me check shipping costs; if they're not too bad, I can probably send you my Pagan Cats for €50 or so including shipping :) I love looking through the deck, but I don't think I've ever shuffled it - it would be great ...

Re: WTB Lili White Tarot

Hi folezacz! I only have the mini version, and while I've not used it much, I'm hanging on to it (I love pocket sizer decks). However, while I was following her progress with the Boo Tarot, she mentioned that both Lili White and Lili Black would be in stock again soon. Perhaps email her and ask? It ...

Re: Autumn Equinox Readings

Found this just at the right time!

I'm very much feeling the Equinox this year, so this sounds very interesting.
And I even have a few days to agonize over which deck to use! ;)

Re: Best Decks For Story Writing

I've mostly given up writing fiction these days (eyes can't cope with the monitor), but having a lovely haiku gift from the Jolanda Tarot yesterday really raised my spirits. Perfect inspiration for a children's book with the illustrations all ready to go...! Screens bother my eyes too these days (c...

Re: Collage Tarot Decks

Two of my favourite tarot decks are collage! The Lioness Oracle Tarot (confusing name; it is 100% tarot, she works under the name 'Lioness Oracle' and created a tarot deck with that name). It's a great, timeless deck for meditation and self-exploration. Also the Textured Tarot; excellent reader, lov...

Re: Gilt Edge Decks Flakey?

It really depends on the printer! The Ostara (Schiffer) did leave quite a bit of glitter; I suspect it will go away with use, but as I rarely if ever use it, I can't say for sure. ;) The Fountain (both self-published and the later mass market one) had maybe 4 or 5 particles come off, but that stoppe...

Re: RWS Decks and Card-stock Quality

The Centennial has a lovely, vintagey-feeling, 'waxy' coating! The cards are a bit thicker & stiffer than those of the standard/plasticky RWS, so might need some breaking in if you're riffle-shuffling. :) I am sooooo glad US Games is apparently moving away from the horrible, slippery, plastic co...

Re: Little Red's courses about to be discontinued

Nope, decided against the Card a Day; finances were / are a bit tight. ;)

I really like the Alternative course though!
It is somewhat in the same vein as Mary K Greer's '21 Ways to Read a Tarot Card'.

Very good to use with any kind of deck

Little Red's courses about to be discontinued

Just a quick heads-up; the tarot courses from Little Red (Intuitive tarot & Card a Day) will no longer be up for sale after the 31st of December. People who have purchased a course before then will still be able to access them, though. I bought the Intuitive one recently - still on the fence abo...

Could it be that that first card is from the Brady, instead of the Slow Holler?

Re: Your first deck

My first deck was the Thoth as well! I was 14 years old, and I don't think they had other decks in the store I went to - although it would be odd if they didn't have the RWS, at least. Perhaps I simply didn't notice any other decks. Anyway, this was looooong before the internet (early '80s), and the...

Yay, that is excellent news!!!

Do you know what the price is going to be?
And does anyone have experience with shipping to the EU from that site?
