Schmid Lenormand c. 1950 from Old Lenormand Cards

According to Tarowelten.de, this Schmid Lenormand deck was issued in Germany c. 1950 but in a limited edition and never reprinted.

It is very rare.

Based on the notes accompanying the original deck, they hypothesize that it was a special edition of the deck commemorating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the publishing house.

This is a unique period piece. The Gentleman is casually smoking a cigarette and some of the landscapes behind the symbols are snowy, which you won't find in other antique Lenormands.

You will find it very readable because the pictures of the symbols are uncluttered, and they are utterly charming.
It is printed on premium card stock that shuffles easily.
Each deck is custom ordered. Comes with NO LWB.

Schneider & Co Lenormand c.1918 from Old Lenormand Cards

Not quite 100 years old, the Lenormand Museum dates this beautifully illustrated deck at about 1918 with the Lady and Gentleman wearing clothes that signal the beginning of the 20th century.

This facsimile reproduction has the original back illustration.

I found that Schneider & Co., the name on the cards' original box, was a "department" at the Stralsunder card factory at Altenburg, Germany.
Mini & full size. It is printed on premium card stock that shuffles easily.

Each deck is custom ordered. Comes with NO LWB.
